    Good size, clean design, quiet, and 220v 12000 BTU for a 2 bedroom 720 sq ft house in Oklahoma works great!

    It's a good unit, the air handler is smaller and less obtrusive, which in my opinion is a good thing. However, it did not come with an installation manual. I already had all the wires and breaker box set up before, so, it was easy for me. But if you are expecting to install it yourself, they don't include the advertised installation manual, just a user's manual, big difference. Overall good unit.

    Window unit in 2 pieces, Buy a better one instead

    Not a true mini split with the Inverter driven compressor or fan. This is literally the least efficient A/c unit according to its own box, written in multiple foreign languages. This is pretty much a window unit cut into 2 pieces. Outdoor Fan stays on high speed the entire time. Spend the money for an actual inverter driven mini split, look for the SEER rating instead of this.

    great unit

    love these things I have purchased many of these for my rental properties have had very little problems with them I keep a couple around just in case of AN emergency. i even have one set up to put through a window if needed the 110 volt plug on the inside is a wonderful feature you don't have to run wires!

    Great value

    Super easy installation. The only downfall is the drain line is not as long as the other lines so I had to got buy a longer drain hose. I would also buy the mounting bracket kit !

    Time will tell.

    The coolant lines have about 4” of copper then go to aluminum (saves $ so they sell unit for less) but aluminum is not as durable. I’m afraid there are other trade offs not as visible. Unit is made in Mexico ( instead of China). Does a better job out of box cooling then my previous Chinese a/c Just not sure of durability.
